Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out prohibited behavior and platform protection rules for Digicards.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users and anyone accessing Digicards systems, websites, APIs, and published card content.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Digicards to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive representations.
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive communication.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware distribution, or malicious links.
- Unauthorized access attempts or security bypass behavior.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction beyond permitted use.
3. Content Standards
Content published through Digicards must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
- No intellectual-property infringement.
- No hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative material.
- No materially false or misleading business claims.
4. Platform Integrity
We may enforce technical controls such as rate limits, anti-abuse checks, access restrictions, and authentication safeguards.
Attempts to interfere with these controls are considered violations.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent removal, account termination, and legal action where appropriate.
Where misuse or fraud occurs, paid amounts may be forfeited in line with applicable policy terms.
6. Reporting and Appeals
Report suspected abuse to support@digicards.co.za.
Where enforcement action is taken, users may submit a written appeal with relevant details for review.
